APGA OSUN GREETS MUSLIMS ON THE OCCASION OF 2025 RAMADAN
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Osun State extends heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful in the state and across the nation as they commence the observance of the 2025 Ramadan. The party, under the leadership of the State Chairman, Mr. Wole Adedoyin, wishes all Muslims a blessed and peaceful Ramadan, filled with spiritual reflection, divine blessings, and personal growth.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Mr. Adedoyin called on all Osun Muslims to use this holy month as a time for deepening their connection with Allah through prayer, fasting, and charity. He emphasized the importance of upholding the values of compassion, humility, and service to others, in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SWT).
“Ramadan is a time for spiritual renewal and self-discipline. It provides an opportunity to reflect on the values of unity, peace, and goodwill that transcend all borders and cultures. As we observe this blessed month, let us all strive to live according to the lessons of kindness and solidarity,” said Mr. Adedoyin.
He further urged Muslim faithful to remain steadfast in their prayers, not only for personal well-being but also for the prosperity and progress of Osun State and the nation at large. "It is through collective prayers and positive actions that we can pave the way for a better, more prosperous Nigeria, where all citizens live in harmony and mutual respect," he added.
The APGA Chairman also encouraged the people of Osun to support one another during this period of fasting, especially the less fortunate, by engaging in acts of charity and kindness. He reminded everyone that the teachings of Islam emphasize compassion and generosity, virtues that contribute to building a stronger and more compassionate society.
As Osun State embarks on this holy period of reflection and devotion, the APGA calls on all Muslims to remain united in their efforts to pray and work for a better nation. "Together, through our faith and actions, we can create a future of peace, unity, and prosperity for all Nigerians," Mr. Adedoyin concluded.
The APGA family in Osun stands firm in its commitment to promoting peace, unity, and the well-being of all citizens, and it joins Muslims in celebrating this sacred month with hope and determination for a brighter tomorrow.
