SOUTHWEST APGA CONGRATULATES PROF. CHUKWUMA SOLUDO, GOV. WILLIE OBIANO, VICTOR IKE OYE ON ELECTION VICTORY

The Southwest Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Deacon Segun Samson Olalere on Thursday, congratulated Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate in the just concluded Anambra Governorship election for his resounding victory at the poll and emergence as the Governor-Elect for Anambra State.
The APGA National Vice Chairman (South West), Deacon Segun Samson Olalere in a congratulatory message issued in Ibadan said the feat was a reward for the vigorous campaign embarked upon by the APGA Candidate and his running mate across the length and breadth of the state.
According to the Statement,” “It is with great pleasure that I congratulate our great party for a resounding victory recorded recently. Again, the people of Anambra have decided to stay on the path of development, truth, transparency, trust and economic growth. While I congratulate the Governor-Elect, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo and his deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim on their well-deserved victory, let me also thank all Anambra voters for keeping faith with APGA,” the message read.
Deacon Olalere, a staunch Chieftain of the Conference of Nigerian Political Parties (CNPP) in Southwest said Prof. Chukwuma Soludo’s emergence was a reflection of the confidence the Anambra people had in the government of His Excellency Governor Willie Obiano and the party, and urged them to uphold the creed and values of the progressives.
The party also congratulated the outgoing governor of Anambra State, His Excellency Governor Willie Obiano and the National Chairman of the party, Dr. Victor Ike Oye for their contributions to the party’s performance in the governorship election.
He also promised to record same feat when APGA in Ekiti and Osun States will be going to the poll next year.
Deacon Samson Segun Olalere praised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for standing firm and Anambra voters for performing their electoral duty.
He finally urged security agents to fish out those who perpetrated violence during the elections and make them face the law.
