APGA Osun Launches Press Corps To Boost Soludo’s Re-Election, Promote Party Achievements

 

APGA OSUN LAUNCHES PRESS CORPS TO BOOST SOLUDO’S RE-ELECTION, PROMOTE PARTY ACHIEVEMENTS

 

The Osun State Chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has officially unveiled a new interest group within the party named the APGA Press Corps. This initiative, aimed at enhancing the visibility of the party’s ideals and achievements, was announced by the Osun State Chairman of APGA, Hon. Wole Adedoyin, who is also a member of the party’s National Publicity and Enlightenment Committee.

According to Hon. Adedoyin, the formation of the APGA Press Corps is driven by the need to amplify the remarkable leadership strides being recorded by both the National Chairman of the party, Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa, and the National Leader of the party, His Excellency, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the Executive Governor of Anambra State.

He further stated that the National Chairman, Barr. Ezeokenwa, is doing a commendable job in steering the party towards growth and national relevance, while Governor Soludo’s transformational leadership in Anambra State deserves more publicity, both within and outside Nigeria.

“The APGA Press Corps will serve as a strong media arm for the party, promoting the party’s vision, highlighting its leadership accomplishments, and taking the gospel of APGA to every nook and cranny of the country and beyond,” Adedoyin explained during the official announcement.

To achieve its objectives, the Press Corps will work in close collaboration with the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Dr. Mazi Ejimofor Opara, in projecting the image of APGA across various media platforms. The Corps is also committed to aligning its operations with the communication strategy of the national publicity team.

One of the key tasks of the APGA Press Corps is the production of a digital newsletter that will chronicle and document the achievements of the National Chairman, activities of the state chapters and other party leaders. This newsletter will be distributed electronically to members, stakeholders, and supporters of the party.

In addition, the Corps will take charge of disseminating the party’s press releases across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Threads, and others. This is part of a comprehensive digital strategy to engage the public and increase the visibility of the party’s activities in the digital space.

The Corps will also design and produce digital posters, infographics, and sensitization materials to support strategic initiatives of the party, especially the reelection campaign of Governor Charles Soludo in Anambra State.

Hon. Adedoyin emphasized that the APGA Press Corps is open to all party members with interest and competence in media, communication, and public enlightenment, encouraging those passionate about the party’s growth to key into the initiative.

The Osun APGA Chairman concluded by reiterating the need for increased visibility of APGA’s achievements. “The work being done by Barr. Ezeokenwa and Governor Soludo is worth celebrating. With the APGA Press Corps, we now have a solid structure to tell our story to the world,” he said.
